From Our Direct Users (Clients)

From End Customers (on Behalf of Our Clients)
When interacting with our services (e.g., through WhatsApp conversations), we may collect:

- Message content exchanged with our AI service
Additionally, during authorized marketing campaigns, our clients may provide lead lists containing the same data (name, email, phone number), collected with user consent.
How We Use the Information

We only initiate conversations or marketing campaigns towards individuals who have opted in to receive messages from our clients.

Some message content may be processed securely and exclusively by OpenAI to enhance AI conversation services.

- All data is securely hosted on AWS servers located in us-east-1 (Northern Virginia, USA).
- We implement technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Data Sharing
We only share data under the following circumstances:
- With OpenAI, strictly for the purpose of AI processing related to message content.
- With service providers necessary to operate our infrastructure (such as AWS), under strict confidentiality and security obligations.
- When legally required, such as by a court order or regulatory authority.
We only process and deliver communications to individuals who have previously provided consent to receive such communications from our clients.
We never sell or exchange personal information for commercial purposes.
Data Subject Rights
According to the LGPD and principles of the GDPR, users have the right to:
- Access their personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request anonymization or deletion of personal data processed under their consent.
- Opt-out of receiving future communications.
